長崎大学教育学部卒。日本と海外をつなぐ事業開発およびプロジェクト推進に20年以上にわたり携わっている。

大学卒業後、人材マネジメントおよびマーケティング事業の創業を起点として、文化産業、エネルギー、医療、先端IT（GPU・AIデータセンター）など幅広い分野において、政府機関、企業、海外企業との連携による事業開発およびプロジェクト推進に従事してきた。

海外ネットワークと多分野連携を活かした事業コーディネーションを強みとし、現在は株式会社BackCast代表取締役CEOとして、GPUサーバーおよびAIデータセンター関連事業を中心とした計算インフラの構築を推進している。

Beginning with the founding of a human resources management and marketing business after graduating from university, she has been involved in business development and project promotion through collaboration with government agencies, companies, and overseas partners across a wide range of fields including the cultural industry, energy, healthcare, and advanced IT (GPU and AI data centers).

Leveraging her overseas networks and cross-industry coordination as core strengths, she currently serves as President & CEO of BackCast Co., Ltd., driving the construction of computing infrastructure centered on GPU servers and AI data center-related businesses.

In the age of AI, she is committed to building businesses that contribute to the development of the next generation, while placing deep importance on human values and ethics.

20年以上にわたりITインフラ構築、システム開発、経営戦略コンサルティングに従事するシリアルアントレプレナー。上場企業でのキャリアを経て複数の企業を創業し、ミッションクリティカルなシステム構築や大規模デジタルプラットフォームの開発を主導。金融・決済基盤、公共インフラレベルのサーバーシステム、生成AI・AIインフラ領域において豊富な実務経験を有する。 また、事業構築・デザイン・ライティング・プログラミングを一気通貫で行う能力を併せ持ち、データ分析に基づく成長戦略の実行により短期間で100万人規模のユーザー基盤を構築した実績を持つほか、政府補助金プロジェクトなど大規模資金を伴う事業の戦略支援にも携わる。

A serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure development, systems engineering, and management strategy consulting. Following a career at a publicly listed company, he founded multiple companies and has led the development of mission-critical systems and large-scale digital platforms. He has extensive practical experience in financial and payment infrastructure, public infrastructure-level server systems, and generative AI and AI infrastructure.

He also possesses the ability to handle business development, design, writing, and programming end-to-end. He has a track record of building a user base of over one million people in a short period by executing data-driven growth strategies, and has also been involved in strategic support for large-scale funded projects including government subsidy programs. At BackCast, he serves as Executive Vice President & COO, overseeing AI infrastructure operations, negotiations with US SMCI, technology strategy, and business operations.

理化学研究所にて、医学データに関する人工知能の研究。大学附属病院のICUのAI遠隔医療システムTele-ICU の開発。消化器内視鏡の画像診断支援AI の研究開発や、医師との臨床教育の共同研究。大手上場企業複数社にて、AI システム・AIエージェントの開発やAI導入のコンサルティング。日本最大コンテナ型データセンターにおいて、ハイエンドNVIDIA GPU導入コンサルティング。上場企業複数社に対して、データセンター事業構築コンサルティング、AI システム・AI計算基盤の開発・構築、サーバーのネットワーク構築等。上場企業等で、AI技術・IT技術教育の講師。多摩大学大学院等での、AI 分野講座のゲスト講師。

BackCastでは、AI・ITインフラ技術およびGPUサーバー導入に関する技術戦略を統括している。Withdrew from the Faculty of Science Division I, University of Tokyo. Graduated from the School of Medicine, Yokohama City University. Completed graduate studies in Artificial Intelligence—deep reinforcement learning and natural language processing—at the Matsuo Laboratory, Graduate School of Engineering, University of Tokyo.

Conducted AI research on medical data at RIKEN. Developed a Tele-ICU AI remote medical system for the ICU of a university-affiliated hospital. Engaged in research and development of image diagnostic support AI for gastrointestinal endoscopy, and in collaborative clinical education research with physicians. Developed AI systems and AI agents and provided AI deployment consulting at multiple large listed companies. Provided high-end NVIDIA GPU deployment consulting at Japan's largest container-type data center. Delivered data center business development consulting, AI system and AI computing infrastructure development and construction, and server network configuration for multiple listed companies. Served as an instructor in AI and IT technology education at listed companies. Guest lecturer for AI courses at Tama University Graduate School and other institutions.

At BackCast, he oversees technology strategy for AI and IT infrastructure and GPU server deployment.
